Are you guys kidding me, you can’t SEE the difference in HDTV. It makes a huge difference when watching sports. If you watch a football game in HD for 10 minutes and then switch to non-HD it will almost make you sick. It’s like 1024×768 then switching to 800×600.
Jonathan get a DS it’s perfect for traveling. I travel to San Fran once a month and it helps pass the time.
